(U) Spacelift
(U) Spacelift consists of launch vehicles, upper stages, launch complexes, launch support facilities, and the Range Standardization and Automation (RSA) program.
(U) Principle elements of the U.S. spacelift infrastructure are the Western Range (WR), based at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, and the Eastern Range (ER), based at Cape Canaveral Air Station, Florida. The infrastucture consists of the complex and interrelated organizations, support facilities, technology, and space vehicles.
